Just a short stroll from the beach and nestled next to the historic ruins of the Priory of Bromholm, this beautiful flint cottage offers 3 luxurious bedrooms, accommodating up to 7 guests (using an additional Z bed). Enjoy the convenience of free parking, and rest easy knowing your furry friends are welcome to join for a delightful coastal getaway in one of Norfolk’s most picturesque seaside towns.
 

The space

Bedrooms:
Pilgrims Rest offers three beautifully modern and refurbished bedrooms for a peaceful night’s sleep. The bright and airy King room provides a comfortable retreat, while the single bedroom is perfect for young children or a cosy snug. The family bedroom features a spacious area with a double and a single bed. All bedrooms are equipped with a TV, allowing guests to enjoy a leisurely morning with breakfast tea and their favourite shows. An additional ‘Z’ bed is available upon request. 

Bathrooms:
Pilgrims Rest features two well-appointed bathrooms, one on each floor. The ground floor offers a convenient shower room with a rainfall shower, toilet, and wash basin to wash away the sand. On the upper floor, the family bathroom includes a bath with an overhead shower, a toilet, sink, and a heated towel rail. 

Living Space:
Upon entry, the glossy wooden floor and coastal-themed interior welcome guests to Pilgrims Rest. Off the hallway, the main living area features a large ‘L’ shaped sofa surrounding the Smart TV and a distinctive wood burner, perfect for cosy nights while enjoying a film with the family. 

Kitchen and Dining:
A standout feature of Pilgrims Rest is the meticulously designed kitchen and dining area. Modern appliances, including an oven, hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine, are complemented by smaller essentials like a microwave, toaster, and kettle. Gather around the large wooden dining table for breakfast catchups or wind down with a board game after a day at the seaside. 

Outside:
Just off the kitchen, guests have access to a large, enclosed garden, featuring a small gravel garden with a firepit, as well as a large lawn – perfect for outdoor games or for letting dogs roam free and explore. The exterior also features a vast array of outdoor furnishings including a table, chairs, parasol, beanbags, sun loungers and for brighter sunny days – a barbeque!
