Ideal for families seeking a tranquil break to re-charge with bike rides, boat trips, and wildlife walks. Small dogs are most welcome with prior agreement.
The Space
Bedrooms:
Alderfen View boasts five charming bedrooms, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The ground floor features a twin and a large double bedroom, while the upper floor houses three king-size bedrooms with ample storage for clothing and luggage.
Bathrooms:
On the ground floor, a shower room and separate W/C are conveniently located. The utility area holds the walk-in shower, toilet, and sink, while the front hallway houses the W/C. Upstairs, discover a light and airy family bathroom with a bath, shower cubicle, toilet, and sink. Bath towels are provided for each guest, however, please kindly bring your own swimming towels.
Living Space:
Unwind in the expansive living room, offering a choice of comfortable sofas for a family movie night. (Guests need to use their own logins for streaming apps on the Smart TV.) With views of the garden and pool, this homely space is perfect for relaxation after a day of swimming and sunbathing!
Kitchen and Dining:
The standout kitchen and dining room offer a range of appliances, cutlery, and crockery. Featuring a large fridge freezer, oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, and toaster. A washing machine and dryer are in the utility room. Gather around the large dining table for a family feast, with seating for ten and an additional two at the breakfast bar.
Outside:
Alderfen View’s spacious garden provides room for outdoor games and alfresco dining. The heated swimming pool, (open from 23rd May to 30th September), takes centre stage. Enjoy a poolside beverage on beautiful summer days, and you’ll be forgiven for thinking you’ve been transported abroad!
