Owners interested in letting their property will usually be required to provide name, contact details, bank account details and comprehensive information about the property.

We act as an agent between the guest and property owner and will share information between parties as necessary to facilitate a booking or enquiry. Any feedback guests provide for a property may be shared with the owner, including personal data.
Those signed up to our mailing list will receive periodic communications about our services, special offers, competitions and news we believe may be of interest to you.
Personal data will be stored for the minimum amount of time necessary to fulfil our legitimate business interests and any other legal requirements.
