Located in the beautiful Broadland district of Norfolk, Marsham is a stunning countryside village located just off the River Bure. Sitting within easy reach of both the North Norfolk coast and the city of Norwich, it is the ideal location for guests looking for a peaceful getaway surrounded by nature, without having to travel too far to some of the best attractions Norfolk has to offer.

After exploring Marsham’s many woodland and heathland walks, guests can settle down for a drink and some pub grub in The Plough Inn, offering delightful pub classics and an extensive drinks menu.

A short five-minute drive from the village is the market town of Aylsham, perfect for shopping and local produce. The picturesque market holds markets on Mondays and Fridays and there are also plenty of other shops, tearooms and pubs which can be found on its quaint and colourful streets.

Blicking Hall is only a four-minute drive from Aylsham town centre. This gorgeous stately home has over 5,000 acres of parkland, the perfect destination for taking dogs for a walk or just enjoying the fresh, countryside air yourselves! Blickling Hall also plays host to many events throughout the year such as workshops, Easter egg hunts, Christmas markets and the popular ‘’Classic Ibiza’’ outdoor concert.

Approximately 30 minutes from Marsham, guests can enjoy the best of North Norfolk’s famous coastline, such as Bacton, an area renowned for it’s large sandy beaches. Close-by, guests can also explore Walcott, Happisburgh and Mundesley and of course, the ever-popular beachside town of Cromer (around 10 miles from Bacton.) There is no end of seaside fun!
