Rest easy in our two King-size bedrooms, one of which can transform into twin beds upon request. Each room ensures a peaceful night’s rest, complete with premium bed linen and ample storage for your belongings.

The property features a well-appointed family bathroom with an electric shower, bath, toilet, sink, and a heated towel rail – ideal for drying off after a day at the seaside.
Living Space:
Step into the open-plan living area, seamlessly connected to the kitchen. The cosy space features a sofa and a wall-mounted Smart TV for family movie nights or catching up on the latest Netflix series.
Kitchen and Dining:
The fully equipped kitchen offers everything guests need to prepare an evening family meal or a simple picnic lunch for the beach. Appliances and amenities include a fridge, oven, toaster, kettle and a microwave. Additionally, there is a washing machine.
Exterior:
Whilst the property does not have its own garden space, it is situated on the main high street through Overstrand and within easy reach of the beach. The nearest pub and convenience store are only a few short steps away from the door.
