The Space

East Fleet is a newly available holiday escape in one of the very best locations in Wells. With spectacular views and only a short walk from all the amenities on offer, it provides a unique way to experience North Norfolk.

Access to the property is via its own private entrance and  hallway, complete with coat hooks for coats and hats for all weathers. Leading from the hallway is the bathroom, complete with a corner shower unit, basin, and toilet – as well as a large vanity mirror and laundry hamper. All hand and bath towels are provided – meaning a lot less laundry for you to take home with you.

When you’ve walked the beaches and you’re ready to settle down for the evening, you can head into the open plan lounge and kitchenette area, complete with two leather chairs and coffee table with ample space for a cosy read, or even kick back with a board game. The property also has Wi-Fi and internet television.

The kitchenette is great for breakfasts and light meals, and includes a microwave, induction hob, fridge with freezer drawer, kettle and toaster.

Last but not least, to really watch the waterside activities, there is a small seating area out at the front with table and chairs for two. This area looks directly over the water, so you can see the tide come and go from your own private spot.
