The Space

Bedrooms:
Fender Cottage offers three comfortable double bedrooms and one twin bedroom. Each room is thoughtfully furnished with ample storage and cosy bedding, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The twin bedroom, conveniently located on the ground floor, features widened doorways for wheelchair accessibility with the bathroom equipped with handrails for added safety.

Bathrooms:
The cottage features two modern bathrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs, both equipped with rainfall showers.

Lounge:
The living area features two huge comfortable L-shaped sofas, with plenty of room for all the family! A smart TV is available for entertainment, alongside a selection of board games and books. The lounge is perfect for family gatherings or unwinding after a day at the beach.

Kitchen and Dining:
The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, induction hob, fridge freezer, and a dishwasher. With amenities like a cafetière, microwave, and a comprehensive range of cookware, preparing meals is a delight. The dining area comfortably seats the whole family, ideal for enjoying meals together.

Outside:
The enclosed patio area provides a private outdoor space with furniture, perfect for al fresco dining or relaxing in the fresh air. Just over the road, almost opposite the cottage, is a playground and park—a great place for the kids to blow off some steam!
