Bedrooms
Grange Farm House features five bright and spacious bedrooms, all located on the second floor. Each room is well-lit, equipped with a TV, and offers ample clothing storage. Bedroom 1 includes a double bed and an ensuite bathroom, while Bedroom 2 offers a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom. Bedrooms 3 and 4 each have a double bed, and Bedroom 5 boasts a king-size bed with an ensuite bathroom.

Bathrooms
The property includes a total of five bathrooms to ensure convenience and privacy for all guests. Three of the bathrooms are ensuites with showers only. Additionally, there is one family bathroom featuring both a bath and a shower, and another family bathroom with a shower only. A downstairs toilet is also available in the utility room for added convenience.

The lounge area at Grange Farm House is perfect for relaxation and entertainment. It features a comfortable seating arrangement, a smart TV, a Blu-ray player, and a cosy woodburner, making it an ideal space for family gatherings or quiet nights in. Grange Farm House is situated on a picturesque 50-acre farm, offering extensive outdoor spaces for guests to enjoy. The garden is enclosed by post and rail fencing with a hornbeam hedge and includes garden furniture and a gas BBQ. A highlight of the property is the 90-metre Koi pond, stocked with fish and surrounded by picnic tables where guests can relax with a glass of wine and enjoy the serene environment. The area is rich in birdlife, including nesting kingfishers, and is home to deer, rabbits, and foxes, adding to the rural charm.
