The space

This spacious 3-bedroom property has one double room with a king size bed and two twin bed rooms.  The double bedroom has ample built in wardrobe/cupboard storage. All three rooms are well lit with plenty of natural light.  

The large living room has plenty of space for everyone to be together, with a comfortable sofa and several armchairs. The room opens onto an attractive dining area with seating for up to 6 guests.  

Laylands Yard offers a fully equipped kitchen has a breakfast bar and comes with all the appliances and utensils needed for a self-catering holiday home, including a fridge freezer and a washing machine in a separate utility room.  

The upstairs bathroom has a bath with shower over and downstairs there is a second bathroom with shower cubicle and WC. 

Outside you will find an enclosed garden with a dining table and BBQ. This wonderful sun trap is the perfect spot to enjoy some Al-fresco dining whilst taking in the unspoilt scenery and beautiful sunsets. The surrounding countryside also makes it a great spot for bird watching!
