Rose Cottage is a luxurious 3-bedroom home located in central Cromer, just a short walk from local cafes, shops and the beach! This fabulous property features both a hot tub and wood burner, making it the perfect spot for a relaxing break away, summer or winter, rain or shine!

Whilst the homely and luxurious décor is a key highlight of the cottage, convenience remains just as important, which is why the property offers a fully enclosed garden, ideal for those travelling with children or pets, as well as driveway parking for 2 medium sized cars.

Rose Cottage sleeps up to 8 guests with the use of a sofa bed for 2 additional guests.

The space

Newly renovated, Rose Cottage features a large open plan layout lounge and dining area. The cottage feels sociable and relaxing. The lounge offers two comfortable sofas facing each other, and a large flat screen smart television. For those chillier times of the year, there’s a log burner available to keep everyone toasty.

The fully equipped kitchen is stocked with utensils and kitchenware and benefits from a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, and coffee machine.

On the first floor, guests will find 3 bedrooms. There’s 2 king sized beds and one double room, with one of the king bedrooms available as a twin if required (please request this at the time of booking). Upstairs there’s also a large bathroom which offers both shower and bath.

On the ground floor, there is an additional W/C, as well as a snug room which can be used as an extra area to relax, or as a bedroom for an additional 2 guests with the use of a sofa bed (please request this at the time of booking).

As the property is a cottage, we would recommend booking for a maximum of 6 adults based on the space available.

Outside is a spacious garden and patio with outdoor furniture and BBQ, as well as a luxurious hot tub.
