An adorable one-bedroom cottage right in the heart of the traditional seaside town of Cromer. Just a two-minute walk from Cromer beach it is idyllically nestled near many local amenities, popular attractions and several seaside walks. Wide sandy beaches, seaside fun, and a fabulous food scene you’ll have a delightful array of things to do and see right on your doorstep.  

 

The space

Walk through the colourful front door and you’ll arrive into the homely living and dining area, consisting of a comfortable sofa, an electric wood burner, as well as HDTV with Freeview. There’s a small dining table with seating for 2 by a large street facing window, ideal for morning breakfasts, and light bite lunches.  

The bright upstairs bedroom has a king-sized bed, with a large wardrobe and chest of drawers. The cottage is beautifully decorated, with an array of seaside themed ornaments, fitting with the cottage’s great location.

The bathroom is located upstairs with a toilet and shower cubicle.

There is no parking with the cottage however unrestricted street parking can be found nearby on Cambridge Street, Bond Street, Cross Street and The Loke. There is also Cadogan Road car park which is around a 5 minute walk away from the cottage.

Please note this is non-smoking property.

"Nice little cottage ideally suited in the east end of Cromer. Just a stones throw away from the beach, coffee, two pubs, a couple of bakeries, you’ve got everything you need literally on your doorstep. Comfy bed and couch, the electric fire making it even more cosy. Will consider booking again."

Shoemaker’s Cottage neighbours Fisherman’s Cottage. Combined, these properties provide the perfect accommodation for two couples wanting to holiday together whilst also being able to enjoy their own space.

Unfortunately Shoemaker's Cottage is not suitable for those travelling with children or pets.

Location

Cromer is a hugely popular North Norfolk seaside town, with an attractive family friendly beach and famous for its 151-metre-long pier that has its very own fully operational pavilion Theatre.

Shoemaker's cottage is just a two-minute walk away from the beach, and the Victorian grade II listed pier. Both the pier and the Theatre have won numerous awards, with the Theatre home to the only end of pier show if its kind in the world!

The sand and shingle beach is popular amongst locals and tourists alike and is more than worthy of a visit with plenty of seaside amenities available including fish and chips, ice creams, arcades and various seaside staples. The promenade makes for an excellent morning or evening stroll, with stunning seaside views.

The cottage itself is very close to other amenities, with everything in walking distance including restaurants, cafe’s, pubs, and shops, with public transport also easily accessible by foot. Why not catch the Coast Hopper bus and get on and off wherever you like along the North Norfolk coast.

A 30% deposit is due at the time of booking with the remaining balance payable 4 weeks before your arrival.
