The space

Bedroom:
Nestled at the rear of the loft, the bedroom boasts a cosy double bed, adorned with a curtain for added privacy. A small hanging rail and coat pegs are thoughtfully provided for guests’ convenience.

Bathroom:
The shower room sits adjacent to the bedroom, complete with an electric shower, toilet, and a wash basin. 

Living Space:
The sofa sits adjacent to the balcony doors, offering guests a scenic view alongside a gentle summer breeze, perfect whilst relaxing with a film, book, or a board game. Additionally, the sofa transforms into a bed, suitable for a child, available upon request.

Kitchen:
Whether preparing a full evening meal or a picnic for a day of exploration, the kitchen is equipped with all the essentials – an under-counter fridge, oven, hob, toaster, kettle, and microwave.

Outside:
Step through the double doors to the balcony, featuring a table and chairs with stunning views of the Norfolk countryside. It’s an ideal spot to unwind with your partner, watching the sunset with a glass of wine. 

At the rear of the lodge, discover a private garden and patio area – perfect for those bringing a furry friend along for a delightful stay!

Additional Information

This property is located next door to Alderfen View, a property which sleeps up to 10 guests and offers an outdoor swimming pool (May-Sept only). The Lodge can be booked along with Alderfen View to accommodate up to 13 guests in total.

One small, well - behaved dog is welcome prior to agreement. Please contact us to confirm.


Location

Located in a fantastic area there is a plethora places to visit, sites to see and days out to enjoy nearby. The Norfolk Broads is practically on your doorstep, just a 13-minute drive will get you to Wroxham and it's the perfect spot to hire a boat for the day. Once on the boat you can explore the famous Norfolk Broads at your own pace and what's even better is there are plenty of stop off points where you can jump off the boat and grab some lunch or enjoy a nice drink at one of the many pubs in the area. A 40-minute drive further north and you'll find the historical seaside town of Cromer, a favourite with families and home to beautiful beaches, attractions and not forgetting the Cromer Crab!

Norwich City centre is about 35-minutes by car, this fine city will provide you with so much to do that you'll undoubtedly find yourself short of time. Norwich is well known for its shopping, and you'll find all your high street favourites in the popular shopping mall of Chantry Palace. If you're looking for something a little quirkier, Gentlemen's walk, and the Norwich Lanes will provide you with an array of independent cafe's, shops and eateries.

There's no denying that the heart and soul of the city is the famous 11th century market, favourite to locals and tourists alike, all hunting for bargains and testing out the full range of world foods that are on offer.

If it's culture you're after then look no further than the stunning Norwich cathedral, the architecture will make you stand in awe as you'll be amazed by its beauty. Don't miss the guided tours, enjoyable for all the family. For those who love a show then you can find various venues such as the Norwich Theatre Royal and Norwich Arts Centre, or for something a little different, the Maddermarket theatre provides some great local entertainment and talent.
