There is no full kitchen at The Old Laundry, but a small sink is available for washing up small items and making hot drinks. With a plethora of eateries just a short walk away, you’ll have no shortage of dining options.

Please note that the property is situated on a steep hill. Guests planning to walk into the city should be aware that the return walk may be challenging, so a reasonable level of mobility is required.

For added security, the entrance area is monitored by CCTV.

The property is located on a large hill, around 15-minutes from the centre, with a convenience store just minutes away. There's a great selection of pubs in walking distance, such as The Coach and Horses and The Jubilee, with the latter offering the unique experience to enjoy your favourite takeaway with a freshly poured pint! There's two highly-rated fish and chip shops close-by as well as a Chinese and Indian Takeaway. The train station is only a 15-minute walk, great for those who don’t wish to drive or are looking to take the train up to North Norfolk.

Nature lovers will appreciate the nearby river walk that passes the historic Cow Tower and numerous riverside pubs which Norwich has to offer. Mousehold Heath is just a few minutes away, offering a peaceful woodland escape.
