A fabulous 3-bedroom holiday home offering private, direct access to the beach from its own garden! Wylaway is idyllically located in Eccles-on-Sea. Sleeping up to 5 guests (with the potential of a 6th), this pet-friendly home is ideal for those seeking a relaxing holiday away from the hustle and bustle of urban England!

The space

A single level home, Wylaway can host up to 5/6 guests across it’s 3-bedrooms, and features one bathroom, kitchen, lounge, and dining area.

The three bedrooms consist of one double bedroom, one single and a third bedroom with a small double and single bed. The family bathroom offers a stand-up cubicle shower, wash basin and W/C.

A spacious, semi open-plan layout the lounge, dining and kitchen area is the ideal place to relax after a busy day at the beach. The lounge offers comfortable seating with a TV, DVD player, board games and books for entertainment. Two double glass doors open out to the front of the property with beautiful views looking over the countryside Norfolk fields.

The kitchen is well stocked with utensils and cooking equipment and should be suitable for all of guests cooking needs. There is also an extendable dining table which can seat up to 6 guests with the use of two extra folding chairs.

Of course, one of the key highlights of this property is its location and convenient access to the beach. With a pleasant garden at the front of the property, and a stunning beach just the other side of the sand dune, the setting and beauty of this property cannot be overstated.

Location

With the beach just a stroll across the dunes from your back garden, guests can look forward to experiencing the ultimate seaside holiday in Eccles-On-Sea. With direct access from your garden, guests will have the chance to enjoy a morning splash in the sea or an evening walk across the sandy shores, easily accessible and remarkably convenient.

Eccles-on-Sea is a small village located between Sea Palling and Happisburgh situated on the beautiful East Norfolk coastline. Rivalling and in some cases outshining the beauty of North Norfolk, the East Coast has gained significant popularity in recent years thanks to its stunning wildlife and picturesque scenery. This area has become particularly popular amongst bird watchers with rare species regularly spotted on the farmland directly in front of Wylaway!

One of the largest colonies of seals in the UK can be found just 8 miles up the road at Horsey Gap. A wonderful winter attraction, guests might even be lucky enough to see some baby seal pups if visiting between November and February!

Further afield, popular North Norfolk town, Cromer, and traditional seaside holiday destination, Great Yarmouth, are both just 18 miles away with each offering a alternative experience to the peaceful and sleepy village of Eccles-On-Sea.

Norwich City is easily accessible from Sprowston park and ride, and is just a 30-minute drive away. A great option for a bit of high-street shopping if you’re looking for a break from hitting the beach!

A 30% deposit is due at the time of booking with the remaining balance payable 4 weeks before your arrival.

This property allows for two dogs with prior agreement.
